How I Become a Spirituo-Scientific Person — The Meditation Journey of Sreelakshmi
About Me
I am Sreelakshmi and I live in Belfast, the United Kingdom. I was born in Allagadda, Kurnool District, India. I have been practicing meditation for the last 12 years. I am a meditation coach, and I have been teaching and spreading meditation in the UK over the previous 8 years. I am also a women empowerment and abundance coach. My purpose in life is to empower, educate and inspire everyone to become meditators and vegetarians. I regularly conduct and organize meditation workshops, abundance workshops, women empowerment workshops, and kids' meditation sessions across the UK and globally, too. I have given radio talk shows and conducted many meditation sessions locally.
Doing spiritual work gives me a lot of inner happiness. I have worked as an editor for the international newsletter “Meditation Magic.” I have also worked on many PSSM spiritual projects, such as the Spiritual Science Museum, Gurus of India, Vegetarianism Everywhere, and many more. My main area of focus is on women and children. I have helped many people to overcome their limiting blocks about money and helped them to manifest their dream life and to become masters of their own lives. I regularly conduct 21-day abundance meditation programs and manifestation workshops globally.
I have conducted a 111-Day Global Goddess Meditation Programme, featuring 111 women masters across six continents. This program intended to connect with all women masters internationally, to create a unified global collective grid across the globe. It was an extraordinarily successful program that has helped many women.
My Childhood
Ever since my childhood days, I have had a spiritual quest to know where we have all come from. I have had the urge to know the Source of this universe. When I was a 12th-standard student, our college organized a meditation program. That was the first time I heard about meditation in my life.
During my graduation, my roommate Sowmya and lecturer Padmaja talked a lot about the importance of meditation and introduced to me many spiritual concepts such as the Higher Self, the significance of a Full Moon meditation, etc. Both have sown the spiritual seedlings in my life for my spiritual growth.
Later on, I moved to Chennai to pursue my post-graduation program. This was a great learning phase in my life, paired with some quite tough challenges. During that time, one of my hostel mates showed me a video on Spiritual Reality, and I felt rather amazed after watching it.
My Meditation Journey
In every phase of my college life, I was reminded of meditation. But it was only after the successful completion of my material studies that my true spiritual journey began. One day my mother asked me to attend a meditation class at the Pyramid Meditation Centre, located just opposite our house at Bethamcherla.
I attended the session and liked it very much. Ever since I have been continuously practicing meditation sincerely and reading a lot of New-Age spiritual books. Before practicing meditation, I was introverted, shy, and less confident. Meditation brought so much transformation in me, making me stronger and more courageous.
With regular practice of meditation and through inner work, I changed all the negative belief systems I had held about myself and started replacing them with positive ones. I investigated each memory and saw what emotion is accumulated with memory in my subconscious mind that is hindering my growth and replaced them with empowering beliefs. I strongly believe that we create our reality. I have introduced meditation to my family members, my relatives, and my friends, and taught meditation at schools and temples.
Meeting Patriji
I met Bramharshi Patriji at Srisailam Dhyana Maha Yagnam in 2009. Meeting Patriji was the most memorable and unforgettable moment in my life. Over the entire six days of the program, my soul jumped, full of joy and happiness.
In 2010, I met my soul partner Raghavendra on Friendship Day and married him on Dec 26th, 2010. The two of us share identical spiritual goals and missions, and we feel incredibly happy because of that.
In 2013, we moved to the UK. My husband works as an aerospace engineer. His major shift happened when he got his career break in 2016. Through that experience, he realized that nothing is permanent in this world, and everything is temporary.
By practicing meditation, by daily listening to Patriji meditation audios, and by being grateful for all experiences in life, he transformed his life tremendously. Meditation also improved our relationship and made our spiritual bond even stronger. His support now motivates me to do more spiritual work.
I am a spirituo-scientific person. I experiment a lot with different spiritual tools. I have learned and gained a lot of wisdom through my experiments. My experiences are my best teachers.
I utilize the New Moon and Full Moon days for my intention setting and my spiritual progress. Along with meditation, I utilize many spiritual tools such as crystals, affirmations, and visualization, all of which amplify my spiritual progress. By living in the present moment, accepting the situation, and completely trusting the universe, I now turn every challenge into a blessing, and I experience wonderful miracles in my life.
I am so grateful for all my life experiences. I always choose to create the best realities in my life. My life is my choice. Doing Akhanda Dhyana frequently has helped me maximize my willpower. Intent and willpower are most important to do the highest possible work on this Earth Plane.
