Manifestation Using a Kaleidoscope Video and Mind Movies

When an image is paired with strong emotion, a doorway between the conscious and the subconscious mind is opened, and one becomes more ready to accept the information without critically analyzing it. It is possible to reverse the negative programming of lack, fear, and anxiety, and replace it with a belief in unlimited potential and possibilities. Mind Movies are an effective tool for programming your conscious and unconscious minds into a new future.

The Psychology of Commercial Advertisements —

Opening the Gate Between the Conscious and the Subconscious Minds

Commercial advertisements have the goal of commanding the attention of the people who watch them. By representing a situation in a captivating or dramatic way, the ad changes the emotional state of the audience. In response to the strong emotions evoked by the ad, the audience becomes susceptible to the content of the ad, paying more attention to the message embedded in the commercial.

When an image (symbol) is paired with a change in the emotional state, a doorway between the conscious and the subconscious mind is opened, and one becomes more ready to accept the information without critically analyzing it. Through this conditioning (association of stimulus and response), long-term (associative) memories are formed. Commercials turn on and program one’s emotional brain which is the seat of the autonomic nervous system, and the body gets subconsciously and automatically programmed to implement the message from the commercial. This is known as autosuggestion.

With the slowing down of brain waves from beta to alpha frequencies, the neocortex (analytical brain) reduces its activity, and the consciousness moves into the midbrain (the seat of the autonomic nervous system), the realm of the subconscious mind. While in the alpha brainwave state, the analytical filter of information is bypassed, and one becomes very susceptible to suggestions. Lower frequency brainwaves indicate that the brain is moving into a trance state, in which one readily accepts, without questioning, the information presented to them.

Advertisements are effective because of their repetitiveness; when one watches the same ad over and over again, the message enters the subconsciousness, mapped in the brain, and begins to trigger an automatic response. Particularly effective are late-night commercials, because that is the time when, in response to darkness, our melatonin levels rise and slow down the brain waves (in preparation for sleeping) from beta to alpha to theta to delta.

Kaleidoscopic Video and Mind Movies

It is possible to reverse the negative programming of lack, fear, and anxiety created by commercial advertisements, and replace it with a belief in unlimited potential and possibilities. One way to lower the brainwave frequencies is through closed-eyes meditation. Another way, proposed by Dr. Joe Dispenza, asks you to keep your eyes open, and intentionally expose yourself to curated information that can support your dreams and aspirations. Dr. Dispenza achieves this by combining two tools—a kaleidoscopic video and a mind movie. He calls this tool “a 21st-century version of a vision board.”

Mystical experiences are often associated with visions of dynamic geometric patterns (such as mandalas, yantras, and other sacred geometry motifs), made of energy and light. A kaleidoscope is a simple tool that creates a similar vision. Using the idea and concept of a kaleidoscope, Dr. Dispenza’s team developed a camera device capable of creating mesmerizing kaleidoscopic mind movies that display the symmetry and fluidity of geometric forms and patterns.

Using an appropriate software, you can create a movie about what you wish your future to look like. This personalized movie should use appropriate images, music and written suggestions (affirmations) that support you in manifesting such a future—whether it is healing, abundance, or improved relationships. A Mind Movie can help you gain clarity about what you want, will program your conscious and unconscious minds into the new future, change your brain and the body to biologically match the future state, and emotionally recondition your body to a new mind, by creating new neural networks.

Mind Movies have been used across many settings. For example, they have been used in schools (to help young people envision a good future for themselves), in the business world (to boost team building and visioning), among entrepreneurs (to develop mission statements, to plan and to strategize), and in the health sector (to assist healing and instill healthy lifestyle habits)

Dr. Dispenza recommends watching a kaleidoscope video before watching a personalized Mind Movie, in order to create and sustain open-eyed alpha and theta brainwave states. The geometry patterns displayed by the kaleidoscope vide bypass the perceptual networks and the associative center in the brain, and they activate lower-brain centers. The right hemisphere gets activated, and it boosts creativity. The song featured in the mind movie carries an emotional signature, and causes a set of neural networks in the brain to fire. That is why the song needs to be motivating and inspirational. Once the doorway to the subconscious mind is open, the Mind Movie uses self-programming into new positive, unlimited and constructive beliefs.

An advanced component in the practice of using mind movies is picking up a frame/scene from one’s movie and experiencing it in a three-dimensional form in a state of deep meditation. Dr. Dispenza hypothesizes that this activity leads to a holographic, real-life sensory experience of one’s future, in the present moment. This experience then becomes a template for a new physical reality.
